Here is the step by step guide on how to buy online from our website.

1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS

You can browse our products, see the pictures and read the details about sizes, product description, availability and etc.

2. CHOOSE SIZE & QUANTITY

Once satisfied

  • Choose the sizes.
  • Choose the quantity
  • Then click ADD TO CART button.
 

Note: If the product is UNAVAILABLE, those option is not visible so you will not able to add the product to your cart.

3. ADD TO CART

Once product is on your cart, the cart section on top right will shows how many items that you already add.

4. CHECKOUT

If you already done and wanted to pay, hover your mouse on the cart section (on top right) and click CHECKOUT.

5. CART SUMMARY

Summary of your products will be shown and you need to check all the details to ensure everything is correct. You can click add button to add the quantity or click the minus button to delete the products from your cart. Then click NEXT

6. LOGIN or REGISTER

You have the choice to REGISTER or INSTANT CHECKOUT. If register, you can manage your account later by adding delivery address, managing passwords and get all the benefits of being a registered user such as LOYALTY PROGRAM and REFERRAL PROGRAM where you can get points to redeem our products.

If you chosed to REGISTER, add your email address and click CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.

If you already registered and have an account, fill in your email and password and click LOGIN.

You also can CHECKOUT INSTANTLY by filling the INSTANT CHECKOUT form.

7. ADDRESSES

If you chosed to register, then you will need to fill-in your details including address. You can add multiple address such as name it My Office, MyHome, MyParents, MyFiance, MyBrother and many more. It will be easy for you next time when you want to deliver the products to one of the registered address. This address can be add or delete later in your account management page.

8. SHIPPING

Currently we offer free shipping throughout Malaysia via PosLaju. You also can collect the product yourself in KL. We also offered GIFT-WRAPPING services with a small fee.

9. PAYMENT

The normal and easy way to pay is by using Bank Wire (Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit or Online Transfer). You choose this option then you transfer the amount using your preferable method whether bank-in manually at the counter or deposit machine or transfer online. Once done, please send the proof of payment (successful transaction receipt or printscreen or email) to our email (admin@alfitra.com) or sms (019-2112788).

We also accept cheque payment. You can send us the cheque to us or you can directly bank in the cheque into our account. Once the payment is cleared then we will deliver the products to you. It may take some time before the cheque is cleared.

Or you can choose to pay by major Credit or Debit Card. PayPal will process the card payment.

If you choose to pay by Bank Wire or Cheque, this payment confirmation page will appear. Click I Confirm My Order.

And if you choose to pay by cards or Paypal, you will be redirected to PayPal page.

10. SUCCESSFUL - Youre Done

Once your payment is succesful using bank wire or cheque, you will see this page. You will see our account details and sum of payment that you shall send to us. Make the payment as instructed. Once done please send us the confirmation slips through our FB Page or MMS to 019-2112788 or email to admin@al-fitra.com or simply fill out the contact form in this website and attached the slip. Unpaid item will be cancelled after 3 days. You have to buy it again from start if you wish to have it.

11. EMAIL

You also will received an email confirmation about your purchases. You can click the link in the email to go back to your account and manage your purchase, passwords, loyalty points and etc.
